Unreleased Interview with Houser (Relix October 2003)

"Of course we're happy when more people come; I'm not going to deny that it makes us feel great to sell out Red Rocks. It does. But that's not why we're there. We're there to do what comes naturally to us and what saves us, ultimately, from destruction." - Michael Houser in Relix.

A year has passed since his death, and while the rest of the band continues on its journey with a wonderfully talented friend rounding out the lineup, it is fitting that we take a look back at what
we have lost. To that end we bring you this previously unpublished interview, conducted August 22, 1997 while Mikey was in Athens, in the studio.

This issue also features a 10-page cover story on his band WIDESPREAD PANIC - making this edition of Relix a special keepsake for all music lovers.
